Deposits: 

A deposit is now required for all appointments $150 < 3hr & under $250 < 4hr or more.

FMTY/DMTY appointments will require 50% of appointment plus travel expenses.

Deposits are refundable if cancelled with 72hr notice before scheduled appointment. 24 -48hr deposit will be placed towards future visit within 2 wks, under 24hr the remaining balance of full appointment is due.

Rescheduling:

It is possible to reschedule an appointment without an additional fee with a minimum 48hr notice for regular appointments & 72hrs for extended appointments.

Multiple reschedules or cancellations may require payment for cancelled visit, deposit on future visits or being placed on my "do not see list"

Tardiness:

If you're going to be more then 5 min late please call/text

​

5-15 min late will require a $25 additional fee (If I still have time to visit)

• May also result in a shorter visit or visit being cancelled completely

Significantly late will terminate visit & require cancellation fee. If not paid will be blacklisted

​

Excessive tardiness will require deposits up front or result in being placed on my "Do not see list"

Cancellations

Cancellations without additional  fee is possible with 72hr minimum notice

•  Less than 24hrhr notice will require full appointment donation 

• Short notice appts; If you book an appointment within 24hrs and cancel/reschedule the full appointment donation is required to reschedule 

• NCNS requires full appointment donation

• If not paid you will be blacklisted!!!!
